Falcon Proxy provides network proxy services for personal and lawful use. You are responsible for how you use the service and agree not to:

- Use the service for harmful, fraudulent, or abusive activities

No Illegal Use
You agree not to use Falcon Proxy to engage in activities such as:

We do not monitor your activity, but we may suspend access if we reasonably believe the service is being abused.
Subscription & Payments
Payments are processed through Google Play. All billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds follow the policies of the respective store.
We do not handle or store payment details.

Falcon Proxy is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not make guarantees regarding:
- Continuous connection quality
- Uninterrupted service
- Compatibility with all networks or devices
You use the service at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Falcon Proxy and its developers are not liable for:
- Loss of data
- Service interruptions
- Damages arising from misuse of the app
- Results caused by third-party networks or services
Your sole remedy is to discontinue using the app.
Changes to the Terms
